Our client is a specialised Electrical Design Consultancy with renowned expertise across the entire gambit of Power expertise - throughout NZ and Australia.
Due to huge upcoming workloads and combined with realistic plans of increasing market share, our client has tasked us with finding them a Wellington Regional Manager to spearhead this exciting opportunity.
The role has a huge potential, variety and mix of responsibilities including supporting a small team of self-sufficient and self-reliant electrical specialists, whilst playing a key role in the overall strategic direction of the Region and also the entire Group.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will have the local consulting experience and ability to generate projects and workload to compliment your experiences gained in a specialist Power sector. Whilst a transmission line background would be ideal, experience in other parts of the industry could be equally appropriate.
As a specialist Electrical Engineer with the ability to develop and generate chargeable projects, as well as oversee overall Branch / Regional management with future strategic development input, our client offers flexible options for remuneration that would appeal to Senior Engineers earning $150K+ - Shareholding is also possible after 12 month’s employment.
Independent specialists wishing to remain self-employed – our client can accommodate this also, whilst lowering your overall PI insurance, increasing your professional networks and daily support, whilst giving you access to projects only a select few specialist consultancies ever gain.
Opportunities of this calibre rarely come along. Combined with huge, up-coming investments in infrastructure spend by central government, workloads are set to increase immensely – requiring an energetic personality to fully realise the potential for the business – and in return, for their own career development also.
